Even though it's the best game of the franchise, a lot of glitches make it kind of a bumpy ride.

Madden 11 shows a really big improvement on gameplay style. It's not that close to be real football yet, but it's better than Madden 10. The offense and defense are now balanced and you can actually lose some games in franchise mode, which is kind of cool (not to win the Superbowl EVERY YEAR). The only problem is that, Wide Receivers apparently have eyes on their shirt's back-numbers which makes them catch everything without even looking a second at the QB.
The defense is a lot better too, the problem is that when it comes to zone coverage the AI is really lame.
After that being said, even with the gameplay erros you can still have a great time, but wait! What about the game modes? Now there's the problem...
I have no Idea what is the Superstar mode doing in Madden. Seriously, they didn't even bother in changing it just a bit. Not even a bit. No mails, no messages, no freedom. BAD MADDEN 11!
The Franchise mode is more fun, though you can still trick the AI to trade Peyton Manning for pretty much nothing. The real problem in the franchise mode is the lack of interaction between the team, the GM, the fans and pretty much anything with the player. Good thing EA said that this year they are going to remake both the franchise and the Superstar Mode.
The online mode is better than last years (obviously), you can have much more fun, with the scouting and stuff. The only problem with the online version is that, the gameplay is the same (with all of its glitches) and IT COULD DEFINITEY BE A BETTER EXPERIENCE. But it isn't.
The Soundtrack is really good. Let's hope Madden 12 is even better.
