I'll make this to the point, this game is HORRIBLE!! The graphics were just too cartoonish and the audio was no where near good! You could easily hear an attack coming at you a mile away and when you actually attack an opponent, they'll say a really annoying line. The tracks were way too easy and the music in the backround was the WORST backround music I ever heard. The controls were awkward and the characters way to hard to control to even bother trying to race. Even if you are able to understand the controls the races are beyond easy. The CPUs are complete pushovers! The worst part of the game was how you weren't able to select a character like Tweety, who took a really annoying role as menu guide. All he says are really annoying lines that make no sense. This game is not worthy of being a PS game, it was a bad way of trying to make a cheap Looney Tunes version of Mario Kart!
