Another Mario Kart Clone...or is it?
Graphics: The graphics are quite good, but the character models seem slightly pixelated but great for Ps1 standards.
Sound: The sound is amazing. All the characters (except for Hector the Bulldog, who doesn't speak) all sound like they should. The music is very catchy and the weapons and the karts sound great.
Storyline: Most racing games don't possess a storyline and this is one of them.
Replay Value: The replay value is absolutely incredible. There are a total of 19 characters available (13 to unlock); there are a total of 3 cups along with 3 bonus levels; lots of different tracks to race through in multi-player mode and...there's a museum mode, like CTR, which lets you do bonus objectives and race a boss.
Overall; this game is great for anyone who is a fan of looney tunes and kart racers in general.
