Left 4 Dead 2 is defiantly one of the most enjoyable, fun zombie games i have played. Well done Valve!
With the fresh new ideas they have brought to the franchise, like scavenge mode and being able to play as the zombie in versus mode. They have really surprised me with the idea they have had. The online mode is a massive improvement on the first Left 4 Dead. Featuring many more games modes and creative ideas into it. Also, the way you have to team together with other online players only adds to the greatness of the game. The sense of achievement when you and other online players finish a part of the campaign or working together to win the opposing team. It is a game i do get quite addicted too when i'm playing it with my friends or online. The wider variety of special zombies are real original too. Including the charger, spitter and the jockey. With neat abilities that fit right into the amazing game.
However, the campaign can get quite repetitive at times as it is quite similar to the first Left 4 Dead, with a few extra added touches to make it a little different at some parts. Also, there is more campaigns than the first game, so you can enjoy the game for a little bit longer. Furthermore, the game can be a bit slow online from the lag but it is still really enjoyable.
Left 4 Dead 2 is a really enjoyable game. For all the zombie shooter lovers out there, this a must have game and pretty much a must have game for everyone really. Well done Valve!
