The worst FPS in the history of FPS.

User Rating: 1 | John Romero's Daikatana PC
yah I got this game back in the days when I was only beginning to get used to using a PC, my first FPS was blood and shadow warrior then quake 1 and 2 so I was pretty physicked about Daikatana....

alas even when my gaming standards were pretty low (I worshiped all 3D games just because they looked 10k better than sega :P), the game still sucked in my eyes, the monsters were LAME with a big L.A.M.E, the levels were lame the story was lame and game play was lame.

the game was a massive collection of lameness that failed to entertain my easily impressed brain at the time, I just could not get past all the flaws, and having played quake 2 I was "spoiled" by what we now call solid controls and smooth game play, I was used to good level designs and awesome monsters and weapons that don't shot basket balls and boiled vegetables.

so in the end Daikatana was a good idea that was executed horribly, the director of the project should have been executed for this.

don't bother, you ain't missing a thing.
