Another childhood memory.

Ah Hexen, I played this game for countless hours during my childhood, but now I've moved on. This game was fun to play but I have to agree with the critics on this. The game was definitely released before it's time. The gameplay was enjoyable (at least from a child's view) but it had problems. For example they could have improved on the textures and made more variety in the game, sometimes the game would get very annoying when you couldn't figure out what to do. There was good aspects too though. The piggifier (as I'll call it) was hilarious, you could transform your target into a pig. Going back to good aspects of the game though, I liked the design for the characters. I still think this was a really fun game while I played it, but now it won't be able to match the might of the gaming machines today. I still will salute to this game, you have to also look at a game for what an impact it made on you.
