Remember playing this game constantly on multiplayer mode with my best mate when i was 10, spending hour's and hour's hacking away a load of some ugly monster's. What Hexen lack's in graphics, makes up for in game-play though, there are ton's of item's to find and use, including the pig spell (you know what i mean if you've played the game to some extent), you can collect certain item's to create a couple of different and more powerful weapon's, which is really cool for a classic such as this one. The level's go on and on and can some time's become a drag, the downfall is having to push a switch in one level and then having to find out what the switch had done in another level which sometimes take's forever to find, damn thing can be a pain, you can get a bit confused (Well i was anyway, nothing new), From what i can remember, that is the only downfall of the game.

I had many a good memories back in the day playing Hexen on the computer while everyone else played footy outside. Definitely in the classic pile, no doubt, if you dont have it, then get of your cushty and go get it you lazy son of a mum. Even if you dont want to play it, you can just say you got it. Great game, one of a kind.
