Herdy Gerdy is a good game
The camera is annoying at times, the control is basic and very easy to master.
This game suffers from the early playstation curse and is plagued with loading screens which can really get annoying as almost every thing has a loading screen, the map, sub-areas and levels.
Not much can be said about herdy gerdy. It was good then, okay now. That is why I gave it a score of 7.5, since I'm not the oldest gamer and I remember completing this game and seeing the underwhelming ending. Other than that, the game is decently lengthed, control is good and usaually the camera is fine.
The game is colourful and well built and the levels are highly varied from peaceful quiet meadows to snowy mountains to cold dark errie towns. The game is good on its merits and seems rather obscure amongst people I know so I think its unappricated for what it is.
Overall: 7.5 due to colourful graphics, good controls, decent length and soundtrack but annoying camera angles and constant bombarding of loading screens can easily ruin this game if you aren't open minded
