This is a point and click adventure game. What makes it special is the wacky horror dark-comedic writing and the attention to detail. That and the terrific voice acting, the bizarre situations and the gory full motion cut scenes.
This game is now nearly obsolete, in the sense that we can't get it to load up from the original CD's on our modern computers. You need a machine that runs early windows versions, or an emulator to get it to work.
My wife and I played this game as a couple, hovering over the computer desk in two chairs, taking turns on the mouse, when it was first released. We laughed and were shocked in about equal measure. To this day, whenever we see a live llama, we look at at one another and say "the llamas, they fear me." If that seems weird and inexplicable, well, that's a big part of the charm of this game.
