More of the same from Codemasters. The graphics are good both for the vehicles and the environments, the locations are many and varied as are the race types, but the gameplay is pretty average. As always, a great range of cars and the handling does differ between the various front, rear and four wheel drive models. The engine sounds aren't too bad either. However the races are still way too short – an "endurance" race lasting just 5 minutes ? Get real Codies ! Haven't found any vehicle tuning opportunities other than visuals, and you don't get to buy cars when you want, only when it suits you benevolent multimillionaire backer. The games is very much focussed on social media (you earn "fans" not dollars. Your race engineer pops in with the same comments every time which gets a bit annoying too. Good for a short blast, but no replay value.
