Extremely nostalgic and revolutionary graphics for it's time. Amazing memorable soundtrack (european).

Having played all of the games in the Gran Turismo series, this is the one that stands out the most. A must have for all gran turismo fans, even if you've only played GT and Onwards. Here are some simple reasons why:

Revolutionary graphics for its time.

Extremely fun. Great Track design. The original GT tracks have been recycled (High speed ring) but are still just as good, if not, a lot more fun than the world tracks.

Great split screen play in arcade mode. Get everyone playing.

European soundtrack is the most memorable soundtrack of all GT games. Especially with the return of Feeder from GT1. When ever someone plays their songs, GT always spring to mind and people get VERY nostalgic about it. Their now my favourite band of all time, thankyou GT, for introducing me. GT isn't right without them (GT2 and GT5 being the only gamess without them)

This game set the bench mark, and more recent GT games have yet to meet it. (GT4 came close). No other racing game would create as many good memories.
