Gothic 2 gold contains the Night of the Raven add in (not add on) as there are many changes to the original gothic 2. The game is much much harder now, but much more enjoyable with the addition of new characters, weapons, and a new world. It is a very immersive game and you can expect to put in many hours of gameplay which you will not want to end quickly and you will not be disappointed as well as the game is pretty big and satisfying. A must have for all pc rpg fans. A word of advice, play gothic 1 if you have not played as yet and you will find the story very interesting, although it is not really necessary to do so as everything is explained here in gothic 2. The graphics of this game are also stunning and do not require a top end pc to enjoy. Even those of you who have played gothic 2, do not miss the night of the raven add in even though you will have to play from the beginning, it will be worth playing. I have finished the game many times as a mage, paladin and a mercenary. The mage option is the best in my view, the hardest in the beginning levels, but very rewarding later on in the game.
