Ghost of Tsushima is definitely runner up for game of the year, let's go ahead and start with the visuals...they're beautiful, they're amazing, some of the best visuals and back drops I've seen in ANY game, the characters were all interesting and the character development in Jin and other characters was done very well, seeing Jin's journey to becoming the Ghost was very satisfying, and then there is the soundtrack which is very satisfying, it's very calm and soothing at times, and others it's fast paced, the score is great, and the story, the story is very captivating from start to finish, the gameplay is really fun, it does take some time to get used to, like the wind being you're guide of where to go, and having to switch between stances based on which enemy type you're fighting, but once you get used to it, it becomes really fun, you get cool upgrades as you progress like more stamina and resolve which allows you to heal, then you can get armor and different upgrades to weapons with the more supplies you get, and then there's the side missions which are fun, and the liberating the islands can be fun, even after the main story is finished there are tons if things to do ad explore after the story, this game was one of the best games I've played since Spider-Man PS4 and I will have to give it a 9/10
