Conviction is a great blend of lite stealth-action with the arcade-like pacing of R6: Vegas. A fun albeit casual game.
I am reviewing Conviction with limited context on the Splinter Cell series, and little knowledge of the expectations that come with the brand. (the last Splinter Cell game I played was the original one when it first cam... Read Full Review

A revamped Splinter Cell, one that is emotionally charged and brutal.
Yes Sam Fisher is back, but not in the same way. Splinter Cell: Conviction involves a different side of Sam that we haven't seen. A side filled with emotion and determination. A warning however, this game is different th... Read Full Review

Great stealth controls with plenty of gun fighting. Didn't play other games in series so don't have that bias.
Cons... Too short - This game was extremely short. I spent about 1-2 hours each night in single player mode, and finished the game in less than 5 days. That doesn't mean I didn't like it. I loved it. I prefer third ... Read Full Review

This new approach to stealth/action gameplay is an entertaining one that offers a fun campaign and terrific co-op modes.
The Sam Fisher we once knew is gone along with his tremendously skillful abilities to slink around in the shadows and carry out orders for the NSA sub-branch agency known as Third Echelon. Instead were giving in favor a ... Read Full Review
