   This brings up the cheat entry keyboard.

   GRAVEL RASH	unlock all leathers
   HOOPS	unlock all wheels
   WINGS	unlock Mad Sunday events only
   SHORTCUT	Unlocks any stage cheat
   world champ	unlocks everything
