Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness Cheats For DS

  1. Use Items Multiple Times

For this exploit, you'll need a Pokemon with the "Piercing" status. This can be obtained by using a Pierce Orb or Pierce Band; however, a Pokemon with the Pierce Hurler IQ skill is the most consistent (see the IQ Skill FAQ in the FAQs section for further details). This Pokemon will not be getting the benefits of any of their items, and you need to have them be your Team Leader. If they have the Gap Prober IQ skill or any other trait that makes them unable to hit allies, disable it.

Bring that Pokemon, the items you wish to use, and up to 3 Pokemon whose stats you want to boost into a dungeon. Move around so that your party is in a straight line (hallways work best), with your Piercing Pokemon at the front. Then face your allies and throw a desired item at them. Most or all of them should gain the benefits of the item.

This oversight is particularly useful for stat-boosting items (Proteins, Irons, Joy Seeds, Golden Seeds, Life Seeds, etc.). This can also make resource conservation easy, since most of your party can benefit from a single use of a healing item.

  3. Special Exclusive Items

For each Pokemon in the game, there are special "exclusive items," which grant special effects to the holder and the party when placed in the bag while the Pokemon in question is in the party. Many of these can be obtained from Treasure Box appraisals or trading at Croagunk's shop, but some can only be found in special areas.

Specifically, all of these items have 3-star rarity values, the highest possible, and are tied to specific legendary Pokemon (usually). The items can only be found on specific floors of specific dungeons, further, and if they appear on that floor then you will need a Key to enter the room and obtain the items. Below, you'll find the Pokemon, and the location of the item associated with them.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky Cheats For DS

  4. Hidden Legendary Pokemon

If you have a Secret Slab or Mystery Part in your bag when you go to certain locations in the game, you have a chance at finding certain legendary Pokemon. (Wonder Mail passwords for finding the Secret Slab/Mystery Part are below as well if necessary.) Below, you'll find the Pokemon and their corresponding locations if you have the necessary item.

Note that some of the Pokemon can only be found on certain versions of Explorers of Time, Darkness, and Sky. Also note that the Wonder Mails for Time/Darkness don't work on Sky, and vice versa, and Sky's Wonder Mails are region-dependent. In Sky, those Pokemon below you cannot recruit owing to version differences are found via other means, such as challenge missions at Spinda's Cafe.
