Birthday Quiz
If you're playing the game on the date that your birthday is set to, go to Icirrus City and visit the quiz house in the upper right corner. They'll give you a special quiz in which you're asked what day it is. If you answer "birthday," you'll be awarded a free antidote.

Avoiding excessive Bulldoze usage during Clay's fight
The AI has a quirk that causes it to not use moves like Bulldoze and Rock Tomb once the AI Pokémon's Speed is above the player's; this can be exploited to avoid those moves and let the AI pick far less effective ones; an example of this is the Clay fight, where, with the right Speed setup, you can cause him to use Normal and/or Rock attacks against a Rock or Steel Type instead of the supereffective Bulldoze, making the fight much easier.

Funfest Mission Hidden Tier
On the screen where you choose the Funfest mission you can normally do one of three difficulty levels for any given mission. This code will unlock a hidden, vastly more difficult tier for every mission. When used, all available Funfest missions will be set to this highest level. Leaving the mission screen resets them to their normal levels, and the code must be re-entered each time.

After completing certain conditions in the game regarding your Pokedex, you can go to Nuvema Town and speak with Professor Juniper for various rewards. The License will let you into the Nature Preserve; the Oval Charm raises the chance of finding Pokemon Eggs at the Daycare on Route 3; the Shiny Charm triples your chance of finding wild Shiny Pokemon (to 1 in 2370.6).
