2. Furniture Bug

   First save the game. Then take all the furniture from your restaurant(s) and put them int the moving van. Now load the game. You can now take the stuff you put into the van into a restaurant again.
   
   This is an easy way to make money.

3. Insurance Fraud

   Take out liability insurance from the company that charges the most. Commit a crime and pay the fine. Claim on your insurance, and you should get a LOT of money.

4. Long term benifits

   If you play the game for at least one year, the following will happen:

   For quick extra money raise the pizza prices to the highest amount while you have customers and they will pay nonetheless. However, no new customers will come and sit down until you return the prices back to normal.
