Steep learning curve, but fun to be had here. Defenitly the best tennis game on Wii. Motion+ works well, get bundle pack
Grans Slam tennis is a decent game. The Gamespot review is pretty harsh on the game in my view, with the reviewer obviously not spending enough time with the game. The controls at first do seem a little different, manly ... Read Full Review

The best Tennis Game I have ever played.
I love Tennis both real and simulated - I love playing, watching, and playing video games of Tennis, so I have been waiting for a Tennis game for the Wii for a long time that does justice to some of the Great Tennis Game... Read Full Review

If you love tennis or just looking to try it, you will likely have alot of fun here !
I have of course wiitennis and have enjoyed it quite a bit, being a tennis fan. I knew what to expect overall and I didn't have unfair expectations knowing its a computer simulation. I had the same expectation going... Read Full Review

Most fun I ve had playing a Game in years.
First of all I can t undestand how Gamespots Console Writers can rate this 6.0 and slap a 9 or 10 on lots of extremely lame games. This game is the reason I bought a WII a year ago hoping Top Spin 3 would be just like... Read Full Review

Fantastic tennis game (from experienced tennis player)
Yes, your player's AI occasionally pushes you into uncomfortable, awkward positions that can lead at worst to unforced errors, and at best to less than stellar returns that do little more than get the ball back into play... Read Full Review

You get really into the game because its perfectly challenging. You know why and when you play a wrong/right shot.
This game has everything. Exactly what the Wii needs. When you play a bad shot if you recall what you just did with your swing, most the time you think "why did i do that, hit it that way!". Sometime like real tennis the... Read Full Review

A great tennis game for those willing to learn the control scheme and put-up with a few quirks.
Grand Slam Tennis is a great, addictive tennis game that can be loads of fun. However, it does require two important things from the player: (a) the patience to learn (and get better at) the Wii Motion Plus controls (... Read Full Review

Not as hard as Gamespot say!!
I think the gamespot review is extremely harsh. How they think it is that hard is beyond me. Has the reviewer never picked up a racquet and hit a few balls on a tennis court in real life? It's the only way you would... Read Full Review

Splashy and fast paced, the way games should be made for fun.
Not sure why this game is getting "slammed" in the reviews. GST for the Wii is excellent tennis game, the best to date. It has a few glitches that could be worked out easily in next year's reiteration of the game. The... Read Full Review
