This...Isn't....Happening (Words, from Former "Front Mission fan").
i was looking forward to another classic strategy game from squareenix.
But when playing this game about 2 hours, something didn't feel right.
Well i was gonna give it a chance, after all I'm a Front Mission Fan".
So i played it up to 40 hours, yes i really wasted 40 hours of my life on this game.
I tried and tried to like it, but i gave up, and that was the right thing to do,
because this game wasn't worth spending time or money on.
Front Mission 3 was one of the best strategy games on the PSX,
gameplay, graphics, sound, all was top notch.
On this game all those elements is indeed very bad.
some of the music tunes can be quite good, and the composer for this game is the only one that has made a great achievement,
Squareenix sure has some great composers out there.
The gameplay is slow and dull, it can be speeded up though, but even that doesn't matter, it gets very repetetive.
graphics look very grey and bad.
sound is good and the music too.
But where is the famous "Square magic" in this game??.
Is there any other "Squareenix fans" out there who is disappointed?.
I really really hope that Squareenix get their magic together with "Front Mission 5".
If not, I'm not gonna be a "Front Mission fan" any more.
