If you simply love cars and look to appreciate them in their native environment (the open roads), this is the game for you. The world is a vast improvement from the original title, and the objectives are better focused on the love of driving in particular rather than individual car models. The Gamespot review seems to harp on a) not liking Europe and b) not liking perks, so as usual, you have to discard their guidance and instead ask yourself if you like an open world racing environment that you can enjoy with your friends. This is the best one available, bar none.
