Xbox LIVE is down.

Since theres dozens of topics about this matter, I came to a stunning conclusion.. its down.

Maintence? could be. MS could be doing something with LIVE to make people disconnect. Maybe patching it?

so lets all wait and see.

I will always love my xbox 360 and the multiplayer it provides me. Ya it's down for me, piece of crap. I'm pissed cause I wanted to do some coop gears of war on insane and had an appointment with a friend. Now the alcohol is wearing off and no live. Imagine how I feel like. Ya like crap. lol My life sucks.

Just got this from the Xbox Live Discussion boards.

"Users may be unable to log into Xbox Live. Our engineers are currently investigating and are working to resolve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Keep trying, people are getting back in. Just use the sign in do not use the test connections, because by the time the test connection shows everything is ok you may have missed the chance to sign in."

I think loads of people got their presents early and now Xbox Live crashed from too many people signing in or registering at once.

Im in Miami, Florida and its down, i wanted to level up on COD 4 just half a level to get the Barret .50 cal, dammit why does it have to be down at this time?

OK, mine wasnt working so I kept trying to sign in and eventually got on.

Once I turned on COD I got disconnected :(

Congratulations! Microsoft just awarded you one year of free gold membership for your bravery and honor. Not...They probably don't care a penny about what you said and are swimming in their ocean of billions of dollars while we wait for xbox live to go back up.
