yea so what do u hate about it for me i have no problem with wireless beacuse i dont use it but i do think it would be nice to have a internet broswer just to check my emails beacuse im the guy that reads my emails ALL the times

I got an Elite too. Although its not as loud as my launch Premium, its still louder than my nephews new 20 gig Pro. That things makes NO noise. Its quieter playing a game, than my Elite with nothing in it.
the same reason i dislike all other consoles and PCs, they will crash eventually!! And annoyingly when you're just getting sucked into the game you're playing All of my console have crashed for no reason, but luckily not too often. (Reboot and everything is fine, until the next random crash in like so many months from now)
well besides noise (my new elite is way quiter than my launch 360 but damn) my biggest complaint is from messaging, I don't have a keyboard so typing letters to friends sucks, I wish it was similar to the PS3 where it'll try to figure out what you're typing and provide words, that makes things easier.
anyway, what I hate most about my 360 is the noise, but it's no biggy though considering I get so into my games I don't notice it. On top of that my TV drowns out the noise.
how you can't simply copy music to your xbox from a usb etc, it has to be ripped from an original cd.
I understand that this is to prevent piracy etc but considering you can do this on the ps3 and Sony are one of the biggest music producers in the world (Sony BMG) it makes you wonder wtf was microsoft thinking?
How loud it is. And that I can not upgrade my HDD without voiding my warrenty. (ie: put my own laptop harddrive in instead of buying M$ expensive 120g one)

You can upgrade your xbox 360's hard drive without voiding your warranty, to say such a thing makes me believe that you don't even have an xbox 360...you probably work for Sony.
The giant power brick though its very helpful. The noise when playing some games like Vegas 2 or Mass effect. My disc tray keeps getting stuck...I have to tap it to make it open. Other than that, I love the 360. I really hope microsoft plays smart and doesnt rush their next console. The first xbox was virtually problem free.

Either youre broke or youre a very cheap person. Live isnt even close to being costly. 50$ a year for the best online service on a console? Thats like nearly 4.17$ a month.
I don't have many complaints about it. I don't hear mine as being noisy...maybe it's the fact that I have my surround sound cranked up so loud. I'm not worried about it taking a crap on me...I have never had a problem with any console except the original nintendo. But of course I was young and didn't take as good of care of it as I do now. I don't mind the power brick. Mine is in an entainment media pier where it has been since I bought it almost 3 years ago and has not moved. I can't even see the brick.
So my only complaint is the fact that my 360 does not have an HDMI cable and apparently will never be able to be upgraded to have one. I will have to buy a new system to get the HDMI. That kind of ticks me off. I wish I could buy a blueray disc player add on like the HD DVD they had and add HDMI by buying a new adapter.
Other than that I love it and it gets plenty of use playing COD4 and RB6V2 on live.
An internet browser would be nice, but I would rarely use it. I do wish Netflix will hurry up and make the jump to XBOX live like they have been talking about.
It's loud, sometimes it takes several tries before the disc tray will open, on a few rare occasions my 360 has decided to open the disc tray for no reason while im in the middle of playing a game and I hate how my 360 doesnt have an HDMI port.
My elite is loud. I hate that i had to pay a cnote for wifi adapter and paying for live sucks as well but w/e. Myzz617

i hate the fact that it broke and the guy i bought it from broke the security seal thing and it voided the warranty so i had to sell it for basically nothing and now i'm gonna have to sell my ps3 to get a 360 again because i just like it more... pain in the ass.
my elete makes vurtualy no noise when disk is not spinning,

also the 2 things i hate are the powerbrick, because it comes apart and when i went on vacatio i forgot the other half of it, and because it is HUGE!
another thing i dislike is that when i try to get on live it d/c and reconnects like 3 times before i get a good connection, using high speed cable internet btw.
there are a lot of things that i hate and love about it, but the thing i hate the most is that i'm on my fourth one. why can't they make the darn thing last more than a year lol. i've had to get one every 7 months, except my elite which has lasted a little over a year now.
