[QUOTE="SaintBlaze"]2 and a half hours of Niko walking down the street talking to his cousin on the phone... I'm inNone of those. The GTA IV story would make a decent film though.

Did you even play through the entire story?

lol
And why is Guitar Hero a choice? Thats an odd candidate to make a movie out of.....
To be honest, most games probably wouldn't make good movies. I know we all like to say that this or that game has a 'good' story, but its only good relative to other video games. By movie standards, they're all pretty crap.
If I HAD to pick, I'd probably go with Half-Life.

No no, I wasn't being serious. I was just joking around. I played a good portion of that game but didn't finish it. Just a joke[QUOTE="SaintBlaze"][QUOTE="CNUrGames"] 2 and a half hours of Niko walking down the street talking to his cousin on the phone... I'm inCNUrGames

lmfao.
Aren't they making a splinter cell movie? Mario2007
There supposed to be, but I haven't heard anything about it in years.

True story. I liked Kung Fu Panda both the movie and the game and Brutal Legend looks awesome but any time I have to see Jack Black's face (outside of Anchorman and Tropic Thunder for the most part), I want to punch him right in his suck hole[QUOTE="orb_03_2006"][QUOTE="CNUrGames"] I think in that same vein that Brutal Legend would make a good movie if they DIDN'T cast Jack Black for it. The biker that kick's Ron Burgundy's dog, Baxter, off of the bridge after Ron throws the burrito in his face. That was Jack Black. You didnt' even recognize him and it was such a short part that I was ok with not hitting him

ooooooooohhh. I totally forgot about that part. lolMass effect could be a new Star Wars . But i think it will consume so much money
But i heard a movie will produce based on HalfLife , This could be good too
I voted Mass Effect. I think it's got the most interesting story and would be the coolest adaptation to film. My issue would be that the game that I played isn't the same one that @the-obiwan played because your actions change your story.CNUrGameslolwoot? o-o

If they made that movie, which ending would they base it off of? I would go see the movie and maybe think that it sucks because they changed the ending completely while you might go and think the movie played exactly how your version of the game did.
So Batman? with night vision goggles :D[QUOTE="CNUrGames"][QUOTE="clinton47"]i reckon christian bale as sam fischer, what u think ?clinton47
Oh god....please no.... He just uses the same "action hero voice" all the time. His John Connor was just Batman, with a gun, fighting robots instead of a clown.
But I would like to see a Splinter Cell movie...I think it would work best out of the options. Mass Effect might be good too, but I'm not sure it would be as exciting to just watch, whereas SC would be just like any blockbuster action movie...a bit Mission Impossible you might say.
I would REALLY love to see The Darkness made into a movie. Or Devil May Cry as made by the Wachowski Brothers...

He kind of ruined Be Kind, Rewind for me. And I found him annoying in Tropic THunder too...but thankfully he didn't do much.
I would have to say Assassians Creed or Splinter Cell. I though both had really good storiies that would work well in film.
.....The Force Unleashed, but I guess I'll vote for Mass Effect, being my second favortie scifi series and all

I am John Connor lol, the only good movie Christian Bale has done is 3:10 to Yuma simply because he wasn't his over the top epic self.Mass effect could be a new Star Wars . But i think it will consume so much money

Yeah a Half-Life movie, if done properly, would be freakin' awesome.None of those
stupid4
i agree that none of these would make very good movies because in general most games dont have storys that are good enough to be a movie. if i were to choose a game that could be made into a movie it would be a game that has sequels with a continuing story line in order for it to be detailed enough to be a movie.

funniest scene everthey're making a gears movie. i think assassin's creed would make an amazing movie. had the best storyline of any game in a while IMOout of those, assassins creed
but uncharted, halo, gears of war, god of war 3 would be awesome:D
