Skyrim glitch (PLEASE HELP)

Hey guys I FINALLY started skyrim and about 45 minutes in, when I am going to whiterun I encountered a problem. I am walking extreamelly slow, I tried prsessing every button on the xbox controller and yet nothing fixed it,Please tell me how to fix this problem, is it something serious?, or just something easy to fix?

Check to make sure you aren't carrying too much stuff in your inventory. If you go into the items screen it will have a number on the bottom like 210/300 If the first number is higher than the second then you are overloaded and you will walk really slow...annoyingly slow. Just sell or drop stuff so that the first number is lower and you should be good.
