Is Anybody Else having problems with Xbox live right now?

Hello is anybody having any problems with Xbox live right now?

Here is what happened to me, I was playing Call of Duty 3 and I just randomly disconnected in the middle of a match for some reason and I was private chatting with a friend and then all the Sudden it freezes up on me and I had to turn off the 360 and so I turn it back on and it is not signing onto Xbox live and My Modem and internet connection was working just fine at the time

So I tried to disconnect and turn off the 360 and it would not connect and then I finally rebooted again and I was able to sign in and I tried to play a game and it would load Uno and then all of the Sudden a game started, but I could not click off the Guide Button and I had to shut down my machine and it was really bizarre, so I tried to reboot 1 more time and it would not sign me on

I have no idea what was causing this and that is why I am asking if anybody else had had this problem or not early this morning, this was between 5:45 and 6:15 Eastern US time and I just want to say, my 360 hardly ever gives me problems either, it never scratches disks and it hardly ever freezes on me either

Yep, I had the same problem too.

I got a bit scared, worrying that my Xbox was malfunctioning, but when I looked at Xbox.com, I knew it just wasn't me. Now this gave me the confirmination that Xbox Live IS having problems.

they would have made an announcement if it was a major update. but i feel they making some changes to live

Yep. I've tried downloading the new Nascar 08 demo, and that won't even start up. I turned on my 360 and it wouldn't connect to Live, when i selected test connection it froze up. The marketplace wouldn't even appear at one point.

It's pretty annoying. I used a 48 hour free trial card yesterday, and it looks like I won't be taking advantage of that today. Xbox Live feels much better when you're getting it free, and I'm missing out.

EDIT: And I've just found that I can't play Local mtaches in Bomberman Live. I la the first one, and on the scoreboard screen, it doesn't let me rpess A to continue. It can't save the new player stats. Now that's REALLY annoying.

Thank god for this. I thought my 360 was going to break. It keeps freezing and disconnecting me from XBL. At least its not just my console.

I just woke up turn my 360 on and it can't get on live either then I did test and it worked then worked slow as hell ; ; then I just signed out and the xbox site is down. What is going on???hypertime

For your information, the first ever virus to attack consoles already appeared a while ago on DreamCast. Phantasy Star online was a huge hit and some people created items that contains virus that, when picked up, was disabling the BIOS. You had to reset your mahcine by opening it, therfore losing every saved games.

Does anyone know whats up er what? I pay for this **** to work everyday unless announced By Microsoft otherwise.

A friend of mine is on Xbl right now and asking me to join him, i told him theres still a problem with xbox live and that i cant join, he says its all good now.

Anyone else expirience no problems on XBL anymore?

probably beingworked out gradually like that one demo (i forget what it was) that some people could get and eventually everyone could....er something?
