i only play it when i feel like it and or have time to play it about 6-8 hours a week depending...Cant let a console consume you there are too many things to do that are just as fun

1-3 a day man you have alot of control. I play about once a week for a couple hours.
At the most I'd say about 6-8 hours a week, maybe. Can't let the black hole of next-gen gaming consume your soul, however that being said when GTA IV and Halo 3 come out all bets are off. I'll be a lifeless zombie at work.
I play about 1-3 hours a day too. The problem i have is I play it so late because I have to put the kids to bed ans spend some time with my wife first.
well i spend from 0 to 3 hours a day, you know whith school,work,girlfriend, and just plain friends. im never gonna let my xbox take my social life. but when i wanna play like bad i just rent a multi player game invite friends, buy beer, and kick an old s=fashioned all nighter. p.s:beer+cafeen+munchies+couple of friends=either a great night or a regretable hang over the next morning
It all depends what's going on in the day. I workout at 6:00am, go to work, workout for another hour then I'll play about 4-5 hours at night. I don't play on weekends cause I love to be out on weekends. I use gaming to keep me out of trouble during the week.
during the week i dont play it too much. i was home all day yesterday and played it maybe an hour, played the wii maybe two hours and my ps3 maybe 30 minutes. some days i dont play at all as i dont think their are many great games out their anymore. games have gone down hill to me after the 32 bit era for the most part. but as soon as castlevania gets released for the live arcade i will be playing my 360 till i beat it.

same 1- 3 is a good number.. when it was summer a couple years ago with no school i played SWG(the best mmo ever created until it was messed up....) i would log atleast 12 hours or more a day on it..
I don't have any control. I spend a lot of time with my 360. I know that I have a bad addiction now because of what happened to me a couple of weeks ago... My mom came to visit me from out of town. She was staying over for a couple of days and she took my dog out for a walk because I was playing a 20 minute match on Vegas and my dog was in need of a washroom break. I should mention that I live on the 3rd floor in a building, and the elevators are a little unreliable because they sometimes stop between floors and you have to wait for the landlord or the fire department to help. Anyways, I was just starting the match when I could hear my mom outside my appartment door asking for help. I could also hear my little dog barking cause she gets excited when others raise their voices. I could hear her saying that the elevator was stuck and she couldn't get out, and that she couldn't reach the button to call the landlord. (I have no idea why the button is on the ceiling of the elevator...I am six feet and I have a hard time reaching it.) I told my mom to hold on for a bit cause this match is very important and that if no one else comes to help, that I would help her after the match. Sadly after 20 minutes we lost the match and wanted to have a re-match. I yelled out to my mom (cause the elevator is right outside my appartment door) that I had to have a re-match and that it would take a bit longer. She started to yell more and it was hard for me to hear my game so I had to put the volume up on my tv. To make this story shorter, a neighbour helped her out and now she only uses the stairs. I made her dinner to make up to her. I am no cook, but I know how to make a good frozen dinner with my new microwave. All is well now.

yea when there really is nothing else to do and everybody is out doin other stuff, why not spend hours at a time? just so long as u get up and dont forget to eat and sleep.! (apparently people have actually died from that... at least i heard that, hard to believe tho)
I usually use my 360 for about 3-4 hours a day, but I usually only play games on it about maybe 2 hours every other day. I use it to stream music a lot. I'm trying not to let the console consume me like WoW did. I used to spend hours and hours on that damn game before I decided I had to quit.

I have control i play it when i can probably average about an hour or two a day depending on what im doing that day sometimes i may not play for a few days then other i may play it for a few hours a day.

Nah, im just fooling around, i dont play that much because of school+work. I just said that to see if some one would say HAHA!! YOU AInt got no life!!!!!hah!!11 I just love it when ignorant people say that about other people they dont know.
Depends on the day... some days I'll play all day, some days I'll play an XBL Arcade game for 30 minutes and call it quits, and sometimes I'll go without using it for days.
Of course, like another poster in here, once I decide to finally order my LCD television, I'll probably be glued to it for a month easily.
I am the Master of My Domain. I play what I want to, when I want to, and for as long as I damn well please. Outside conventions on what a "healthy" amount of play be damned. I find that I'm a bit streaky/obsessive with my game play. When a game that I've been waiting a long, long time for comes out (like Mass Effect) I'll play it in long stretches for hours and hours at a time. But then, when I'm in a bit of a game drought I may not play at all for days or even weeks at a time.
