I don't feel obligated because I have never played any of the Halo games. I never had an original Xbox and never bought Halo when it was out for the PC. I too have thought about giving it a try becauseof the hype. I am thinking of buying a used copy of Halo ($15) and deciding based on how I like that.
Definately dont feel obligated to buy Halo 3. I will eventually, but truth be told its pretty darn low on the list of games I plan on buying as of now. Definately wont be a day 1 buy. Way to many other games first. Altho im sure im the minority.
I dont feel like buying halo3. I thought part 1 was an insanely boring game (you fight the same boring enemies throughout the entire game). Halo2 single player bored me and I didnt finish it and the online was fun for about a month...then it got ugly real fast. Halo3 just looks like the same ole same ole.....i'm going with COD4 and Bioshock.
Nope but when i was first introduced to this game by my brother I was hooked. I played the single player all the time and halo 2 mp online all the time. Hopefully Halo 3 can combine those too things.
It is my most anticipated game on my wish list right now. I can't wait to find out what happens in Halo 3 and I guess I call myself a Halo fan sense I love Halo CE and Halo 2.
yea i feel obligated, pre-ordered it just this week. Not because of the quality(or possibly lack of quality...) of thegame, but because i enjoy mutliplayer shooters immensly, and i know no one will be playing anything else for a very long time on XBL when halo comes out.
