WWE Monday Night Raw - November 2nd, 2009 (Ozzy & Sharon Osbourne to Host)

Legendary heavy metal icon Ozzy Osbourne and wife Sharon could very well raise Hell itself when the couple co-hosts Monday Night Raw. What mayhem will ensue when The Prince of Darkness and his bride ride the "Crazy Train" into Raw?

I will if I can, i'm expecting to hear this:

(Beep) (Beep) Raw (Beep) (Beeeeeeep) Orton (Beep) (BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP) Prince of Darkness.

The British Bulldogs are so winning the Tag Team Titles again.

Honestly, I'll be surprised if Ozzy's not something of a letdown. I fully expect an embarrassingly bad skit involving Hornswoggle biting the head off a fake bat.

I'm hoping we get some decent follow-up to Kofi-Orton after last week's strong showing. However, I hope they do not continue the "let's undo all the positive build we've been giving Legacy" theme. They were seriously made to look like garbage last week.

John Cena completely buries the both of them and they JUST STAND THERE AND TAKE IT! WTF? You'd think after all the effort DX put into making Legacy look all right, Trips would have been, like "Dude, seriously?"

I don't know how crazy WWE is going to get with WWE Presents: Triple Threat, so I'm guessing Bourne is the going to be the odd man out, but I'm looking forward to seeing how lazy WWE is with this US Title situation. Like, I'm guessing they do exactly the same thing, except Swagger and Mizanin's roles are reversed.

... and it takes under 5 minutes.

So far, the only announced match for tonight's show is DX and John Cena vs Randy Orton and JeriShow, and that will be the dark match main event of the evening.

First segment was all right. Ozzy not remembering anything was a funny line... making it funnier than just about every other joke WWE has done.

Good match between Mizanin and Brawn. The kind of match Brawn needs to keep having, where he actually shows off what he can do, rather than just sell.

MNF commentary: Are the Falcons even playing or is this a ****ing Saints practice? I can't tell by the commentary that the SCORE IS TIED.

I'll be very surprised if Orton:John-Kingston actually transpires. I highly suspect it'll be set up for something more.

Way to NOT make me want to watch Raw during halftime.

First thing I see is Chavo singing. Chris Berman doesn't look so bad anymore.

Its legit. He's from West Virginia and he didn't drop it when he wasn't in the E (it was very present in his ROH promos). If anything, he was almost a bigger southern stereotype when he wasn't in the E than he was in it... that's hard to do.

Is WWE TRYING to improve ESPN's ratings?

Well, instead of watching Raw's Got Talent and the battle royal, I'm trying to find a Chris Jericho tribute I found on YouTube a while ago. All I remember is that it started off with some old clips of him winning the undisputed title and such, then showed highlights of his amazing speech about how he was his own savior. Then, it transitioned to the song Save Me by Burn Halo with clips of his new heel self.
