 I'm going to put each new lesson here so it will be easy to find... no searching the thread for them this time.  Of course all the lessons will be here as I'm not going to be removing any of them.Â
The only things you will need for these lessons are a pen / pencil and some paper for making notes. If you prefer to use your computer that's fine too.  Just be sure to study because there will be a final exam when this Educational Arc ends in Mid-April.Â

I would like you to keep track of the foods you eat over the next several days then we will have a c1ass discussion on what this means for being a healthy shinigami and how you can improve it, if there are any changes that can be made.Â

 Lesson Two:
Look up several healthy recipes on the internet and creat a menu for a full week ( 7 days ) and then post your menus here. We will be discussing them over the next two ( 2 ) weeks. Â We will be covering nutritional content, including calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, sodium and sugars, and the effects these have on the body.Â

 Lesson Three:
 This lesson will cover the various ways we get energy from the foods we eat and how the foods we eat can help boost out immune system and much more.  I've found some really good information on that from a few different sources which I will put into a post for discussion.Â
