it not easy thing for me doing this, so seem like I'm going be stict for awhile i can't let this union be fool around and seeing half of officer is doing their job and other begin lazy. so may you can start post :)

Ello Yama, I am indeed interested in remaining a captain. As far as duties I'd enjoy assisting the most exalted kiki in contests as well as watching over the kido with ukitake and the armory with the rest of the consulate. I'll continue to revive games from time to time. Really other than that I am at a lack of things to do.Darkguard15

No offense but I think the Peacekeeper/Enforcer(/whatever you want to call it) is EVERY officers job. And should NOT counted as a seperate job. That's basicly no one is online 24/7 to watch the union. Also as officer I think you should cooperate and work together as a team to make this union a better place. Not fight each other like a bunch of little kids fighting over the "last candy".

If one of the officer do have a problem with another officer, they should take the convo to Captains Lounge and take in consideration who was leading the thread in the 1rst place. Usually the one making the thread is also the one in charge of that thread, the one in charge of that thread is also the one deciding how far people can go. 

well this is what I wanted to say.. for now.

Uh huh. I agree also. Also.. I think I always keep a eye on all captains. Making sure they all alright. If there is a problem, one of captains backs up each other to make sure this union is good to go.

I also think and this is just my opinion that if an officer is faithful to post and is a good and decent officer then he has the right to remain on as long as he or she can remain active and involve.

if one's life becomes too hectic then they should come to the realization that its their time to step down and pass the opportunity to another who deserves a spot at the top....Nicaboy456

Not really. Some officers dont even bother to warn people if they have gone to far. So what to do? Demote everyone that does not bother to "uphold the GS law"? Or keep the lose canons?
