I'm not a rich greedy Captain. I earn my money by working. Same goes for my officers. I wonder how your Captain paid you, Hisagi?

You need to talk to him or trick him into more. I pay hard workers in my squad, $400-$700. Not hard workers, $80-$300. Lazy workers, $1-$70.
