Yeah, you can use those 5 points to heal yourself or hurt someone else. You can also use 3 points to heal yourself and 2 points to hurt someone and so on....You cannot heal yourself beyond 50 points and the most important part...you get only 5 points everyday and these points don't stack, meaning if you don't use your 5 points today you don't get 10 points tomorrow...you would start from 5 points again.
