My favourite out of all the conferences has to be the Ubisoft, they just showed games games games and nothing much else which is what E3 is about. Unless theres a new console but their wasn't. Best of the Big three Conferences for me was Nintendo but that was the shortest sadly.
Also the best game of E3 for me was Watch Dogs..... My God... I was mesmerised!
This E3 was kinda lame IMO.... I liked Sonys Conference the most and about the games, Beyond, The last of Us and ACIII were the ones that impressed me the most. :)
I almost fell asleep at Microsoft and Nintendos conference :P
I've only ever seen 2 e3's, but I was far more excited and amazed by it last year than this year, thats for sure. Perhaps though that is because last year was my first time seeing it. :?
I thought SE dropped the ball this year. Bad. They did not show Versus which they really should have. Type-0 was missing when it is supposed to come here. FFXHD was a no show. FFXVcould have been announced. FFXIII-3 which keeps getting hinted at. Final Fantasy XIV 2.0 which they keep talking about. They had Tomb Raider, Hitman, KH3d, and Theatrythm. Not that any of those are bad games. Just not really impressive. They also have other franchises they need to continue. Chrono(needs to do another Chrono game bad) Parasite Eve, Star Ocean, Dragon Quest X was also not there. I mean come on. They better bring it at TGS.
My favorite press conference was Sonys and favorite game was either Beyond, Last of Us, Assassins Creed III, and AC Liberation.
Tomb Raider does look good. I like revamps. The Catlevania revamp is well done. I also like the looks of DMC. It is cool to take the old elements and turn them into something new entirely.
DMC has Mundus as a bad guy again. But he has a human look. Vergil is supposed to be in it. There are a lot of trailers. It looks cool. But not as cool as Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2. Especially since Alucard is in it.
I need to play Deus Ex. I will eventually. I have it, but I have been playing Legend of Dragoon that I just bought on PSN:P It was another game from my childhood. It brings back good feelings and memories just as FFVII does. They need to put Legend of Legaia on there.
I never knew there was a sequel. I will have to look into it. I also want to play Skies of Arcadia. Never played it.
I was obsessed with dragons as a child and I got Legend of Dragoon:P It really is a good game. I had to get the PSone classic:P. I still need to play Xenogears on there.

Woah, you're right. I didn't even realise how bad it was until you listed all those games :P I'd love another Dragon Quest (on the ps3 though, not some handheld game, I don't like handhelds. DQ 9 looked crap actually). Can't wait for FFXHD myself, was about to play it last year then my old ps3 broke and my new one can't play ps2 games :( As for some of the other games you mentioned: I thought the Star Ocean series was finished? :? I haven't played any, but I might get the 4th game soon. Unfortunately, I don't know any of the story. I'd doubt any new Parasite Eve games will come out, it wasn't popular enough. Never played Chrono Trigger but heard good things about it. And I thought Hitman was impressive, I love Hitman :P
Dragon Quest X is an MMO for Wii and Wii U. I have no Wii. Star Ocean is finished? I hope not:( The director of Type-0 actually wanted to do another Parasite Eve game but on consoles. SE put him on Type-1 saying FF is more important. Hitman does look cool, but I have never been into the series. Granted I have never played a Hitman game so perhaps I should:P KH3d looks cool too. I really should have said SE had nothing new really instead of saying those games were not impressive. Because Tomb Raider looks awesome as well:P
