favorite character??

Can't say that i have only 1 fave character...

Shu: Ma Chao, Liu Bei, Zhang Fei, Guan Yu
Wei: Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan
Wu: Gan Ning, Lu Meng

I don't really have just one favorite either. Although in the previous games, I must admit I play the crap out of Lu Bu. Now I have Ma Chao as my goto guy. Dian Wei is always the first character I play as and is the first Musou that I always beat. But I normally play as:

Shu: Guan Yu, Ma Chao, Yue Ying, Pang Tong

Wei: Dian Wei, Xiahou Dun, Xu Huang, Zhang Liao, Pang De

Wu: Sun Ce, Huang Gai, Zhou Yu, Zhou Tai

Other: LU BU, Meng Huo

Haven't played as everybody yet in DW 5, but I'm looking forward to Ling Tong, Guan Ping, Cao Pi, and Zuo Ci (Xing Cai was OK, but didn't really take to her)

Shu: Ma Chao, Zhao Yun, Zhang Fei

1.Gan Ning=worst mosou attack EVER

2. Ma Chao=wow he has a special horse attack(not uniqe Zhou tai)oooooooooooooooooooo

3. Xiahou Dun= This guy has to many flaws to list

4. Liu Bei=can't fight

5 Cao Cao=relied on everybody but himselfAKA weak

6. Zhou Tai=that's were he should be

7. Xiao Qiao (sucky 4th heavy weapon)=46th or47th

8. Lu Bu=Best character

9. Ling Tong=a not so oowerful Character

10. Guan Yu=wow a long beard

Zhou yu is even weaker

Well Lu bu isnt the BEST character for everything he excells in sheer power and weapon range but thats about it. the qiaos and SSX pwn him in speed, lu bu's musou is mediocre Gan NIng has the best musou damage (if you can hit the officer with it) Lu bu's starting defense is laughable, and he doesnt have the highest life, Huang Zhong beat him at that.

Dude seriously Lu Bu is not all that he's cracked up to be. You can suck worse than a noob and still be able to play as lu bu. That's bad for someone who wants to experience the game to its fullest. BTW, I pwned Lu Bu with a barely powered up Xiahou Dun at the battle of Chi Bi.

Exactly. We all know Lu bu is godly strong, so the topic needs to get dropped as ubberly possible.

I like Zhou Tai, Zhang Liao, and Guan Yu the most.

Although Lu Bu is obviously more powerful than any of those characters in this game, Guan Yu was often considered to be a match for him historically, and unlike Lu Bu he was respected for his loyalty and sense of duty. Also, his weapon (Guan Dao) is my favorite Chinese edged weapon.

Zhang Liao also uses the Guan Dao, and he also had a huge reputation. He was historically an aggressive but highly competent strategist, and he has good fighting skills within the game as well.

I like Zhou Tai because, obviously, he's totally a badass. Also, as innacurate as it is, I just can't resist battoujutsu, or odachi.
