I have no idea- at first I thought it was grand theft auto 3 (with the girls in that picture), but then I saw the soldier and the text at the bottom... So it must be a shooter... A relatively old one at that- looks like it came from no later than 2003 I'd say.

Is it a mod of some sort perchance? :P
