Finally called in Sony to get my 60gb ps3 repaired.

Salty it's costing me $140 to get it repaired.

Going to try to buy a PSN Hong Kong card so I can buy dlc characters for EXVS.

I don't think R4 is actually an acronym, it's a specific type of SD card.
