How many hours of sleep do you get / like to get a day?

i trains your body to need less sleep and be grateful of the sleep it actually does get. i think???

J try it for your self. Force your self to run on 5 hours of sleep one day and then the next day let your self only get about 7 and youi'll see what I mean fastesttruck

Because he has allergies to certian chemicals so we had to research the ingredients before he could take them.

Yea, but Im used to it, "sleeping in" for me used to like 14 hours but now its 8 max before I wake up. 

To me sleeping in is getting 2 more hours of sleep at mostt :P fastesttruck
