Mine top 5 multiplatform games are:
Haha nice try. You at least made me chuckle, so I'll give you that.
@charizard1605 has this been officially decided like GRAW was, or is it just a war of opinions?
Mostly everyone, except for a few obstinate posters, agree the two games are different enough to be considered different titles. Really, it's only some of the more, er, trollishly inclined posters who are claiming otherewise. Which is why it surprises me that Captain_Kid is so on board this train that two games that are so fundamentally different are actually variations of the same thing. They are variations, but they are all variations of the core Smash concept- same as Melee and Brawl are variations of the same Smash concept.
Nope. Halo remake and Last of Us are also expanded with new maps and graphics and yet you called those multiplatform games. Super Smash Bros is same game as 3DS just with few maps more. Multiplatform game. You lost.
FH2 is multiplatform(even when it has more cars, dlc and better grahphics)
The Last of Us is multiplatform(even when it has more things, dlcs and better graphics)
SSB is multiplatform game(same game just few maps more and better graphics). SSB is multiplatform game. A whole community says that. You can´t change fact.
wat?Where?
You're pretty much the only one to think that,so it seems you're wrong.
FACT!!!NOOB!!!
The Hypcher 3 Hype Hunt
Hype Age Hypisition
Assassin's Hype Unity
Batman Hype Knight
Metal Hype Solid 5
Hypedone .
@charizard1605: You clearly don't understand how fighting games work. You're out of your element.
You apparently don't know much about smash bros. do you... There is a lot of importance placed on the stages, modes, options, and variety in these games. Most other fighting games focus on the mechanics alone, but not smash. Most other fighters play with similar tropes, but Smash is a different creature all together without health bars and has stages that actually make a difference.
Huh its been established already. Smash is a fighting game and has numerous similarities between other fighters, but its slight differences makes it more of a party game. That crap Brawl wasn't a real fighting game due to a plethora of issues. As the name implies, smash is more of a brawler. Even the devs mentioned SSBB was not intended for hardcore fighters and was designed for casuals:
The game was so bad and strayed away so far from Melee a hacked mod had to be made and people prefer playing Project M at tournaments than Brawl.

Ummm... What does this have to do with anything we had to say?
These would be the top 5:-
Metal Gear Solid V - PS4
The Vanishing of Ethan Carter - not sure if I'll get it for PC or PS4.
Persona 5 - PS4
The Witness - PS4
Mad Max - PS4. Just hoping it turns out to be a good action game because I loved the movies.
It will suck unless The Lord Humungus (a.k.a. The Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla) is in it!
It should also have a multiplayer mode where you fight someone in Thunderdome.
These would be the top 5:-
Metal Gear Solid V - PS4**
Guilty Gear Xrd* PS4
FFXV PS4
Persona 5 - PS4
LBP3 - PS4

You imply that smash is not a traditional fighting game, but for the wrong reasons.
The answer is yes and no.
Smash is really not a different creature altogether as it depends which Smash game you are referring too. If we were to compare Melee or Project M, you would find more similarities than differences as much of the outside variables aka stages, items, # of players can be turned off. In addition, Melee and Project M has almost none of the technical issues Brawl had and you need to learn mixups and combos to win. However, if you were to compare the N64 Smash game, Brawl, and SSB Wii U then yes it really is different from other traditional fighters, but not by much. Still, Brawl has more similarities than differences with other fighting games. The lack of health bars and hazards are not really the main points that make smash different as you can turn them off. It was the list I mentioned above that makes it different.
AC Unity but no way am i paying same price for Pc then console as will wait for price drop in a couple of weeks. So tomorrow going to get shadow of mordor for £25 for PC which has only just been released and is an ok price. next game will be Alien Isolation after i have watched all the Alien films.
Mass Effect 4 by a light year or two, well, unless MS buys Bioware and it becomes a MS exclusive. :P
@charizard1605: Both games share stages
Oh boy they made classic mode free for all! Totally different guys ! Oh hey all star mode is backwards! That's totally different and amazing oh woooow!
You can play it with a 3ds on both versions. You can play it with a gc controller on both versions
Oh man the graphics are slightly better! That totally makes em different. I guess everytime a WiiU version of a game has inferior graphics compared to the other two, we should just call it exclusive eh?
Different sound? You mean soundtracks? Whoopty fucking doo.
Content is mostly the same because the characters are all the same and the way they play is all the same.
The only major differences are 4+ players and event mode. Everything else is insignificant. How on earth did you get duped into thinking these games were as different as night and day?
If I play a free for all match on my 3ds version right now, it'd be nearly the same as playing a free for all on the WiiU version. It's why it's called multiplatform. It's on multiple systems. It's a simple concept.
your not going to win.... your being outvoted... sorry pal.
