I'm really surprised MS continually shoots themselves in the dick. I thought after E3 and the welcome change in DRM policies there would be a shift in PR. Instead, around every corner something else bad pops up. I guess they have their reasons. Whatever it may be, it doesn't seem to benefit them :/.

The crazy thing is that this particular news was spawned by someone asking Shu a question on Twitter. They didn't even make it an effort to comment on it independently. Shu's been instrumental in helping Sony's image with simple answers for the community. He's like a classy human FAQ for PS4, lol.

I'm hearing rumours that Sony is slipping PS4 early to one up Microsoft. How pathetic can they get, truly are desperate to "win" but I guess if the PS4 is not a success it is curtains for them. But I guess it will be curtains anyway, selling 80+ mil PS4 wont save them so deep in the red.

He's asking if he will get banned if he gets it before the EU launch which is after the US launch. If he got the PS4 today and started posting videos and pictures he would get banned guaranteed.

The product is not finalized and released for launch. Again, all this ban from Microsoft does is block the console from connecting to XBL until the 22nd. People act like he can't power it on, or the console is ruined by a perm-ban. All it does is keep him off XBL until the product actually launches. I sure hope they wouldn't. MS isnt banning people either, just you can't do anythign with the console until they release the day one patch. In a sense, that was a smart way to prevent people who broke street date from showing everythign off, but it was actually not intended for that.
