Not yet. I'm still waiting for it to become available here in Canada for Best Buy. As soon as it becomes available I'll do it though. I really want that Project Scorpio Edition.
That said, I do envy the Xbox fans that are looking forward to this. The excitement of a new system and knowing you'll get to participate in the hype at launch by owning one is a great feeling.
Next year maybe? I can buy it now, but i don't feel Microsoft has done enough to buy another console off them. I be playing Pubg on my xbox one.
It's going to be interesting to see if Scorpio flops? If it sells like hotcakes we know for fact power and third party does matter.
I just wonder what is considered a success for a $499/$599 CAD console. It looks like its no longer available on Amazon or EBgames (Canada for both). That could be because they don't have proper separate pages for the Scorpio edition.

Maybe you are right about that. I am a little surprised that Amazon sold out that quick. Maybe it was a very limited run of the Project Scorpion edition.
Now its sold out on all the major sites. So much for people not wanting a a $499 console.
It's available everywhere except Amazon in the U.S. as of me posting this. I just checked again.
I got mine in at Best Buy an hour and a half ago. I'm glad I was able to get the scorpio edition preordered. I'm also a little concerned by the fact that it's still available. Then again, I'm used to Nintendo launches which are pure chaos. This was a welcome change of pace for sure.
Well myself and all of U.S. GAF is still able to order from every retailer other than Amazon. I'm not sure where @oflow lives or what he's seeing, but he is literally the only person on the internet claiming it's sold out anywhere other than Amazon
It's always tempting to burn some money on the newest in gaming hardware but I always end up suppressing the urge. I just don't see the point given that I've got a PS4 Pro and a PC and it's literally giving me everything I'd ever want. I mean, I totally could preorder one right now but man.. I could see myself buying Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon for it just to play those again and thats it lol.

If not interested in playing Halo, Gears, Ryse, Sunset Overdrive, Quantum or Forza and other games, yes you wasting money.
