Bold being exclusives, and underline being games that were 360/PC only. The generation started slow, you are correct, but it wasn't nearly as dry in it's opening Nov-Nov remember run, and the 360's first 2 years were hardly dry at all. By the end of 07 the 360 had built a solid foundation for a library.

I have the same combination same with the TS. Wii U for Nintendo Exclusives and a power PC for the same games that both the XBox One and PS4 has. I have a PS3 for playing rpgs and other exclusives, skipped getting PS4 at launch until it gets games because it has none that interest me. Will be getting one once they release exclusives and same amount of rpg they got on ps3 in the later years.

No high end PC gamer has the time for Wii U.

If it doesn't meet a gamers needs, then they don't need to buy it. I say the creator gets to decide what they are going to create

I prefer playing on my console I don't play on my pc it just doesn't feel right I grew up playing console games and I wouldn't have it any other way.

The very question I've asked myself since the GameCube. PC + Nintendo gives you pretty much the best of everything. Some things will be missed, but this is the ultimate combo.

Did you start gaming this generation, TC? That's the only explanation i can see for someone who thinks these consoles should already have lots of AAA exclusives.

PS3 in its first year already had: Heavenly Sword, Tools of Destruction, Uncharted, Motostorm, Resistance, Folklore, Warhawk, Virtua Fighter 5 (timed exclusive) + the multiplats and even then people still said that the PS3 had no games. This was the time I turned into a cow to fight against the injustice on this board because the PS3 had games.

PS4 and Xbox One are out for less than a year and already have lots of games. Some of them are good examples of current gen hardware capabilities.

I don't mind gaming on my PC but i much prefer gaming on the couch in front of the big screen. I'd be damned if i'm going to move my PC to connect to the tv to play games. I'm not the only one who uses the computer or the big screen here and that would just not be a logical situation.

there's also the ease of use, party chat, one platform stuff like that

you don't have that on the pc, well not from the get go anyway. On the consoles i can go into a party and then talk about anything, everything is interconnected so there's always people to be found to talk to.

On the pc it's not that easy, on the other hand the pc is just better in graphics
