Will X1 ever have a game to be jelly about?

You know, a game where other gamers can honestly say they wish they had? There seems to be a lot of uncertainty with X1's first party right now. Halo 5 is being done by 343 and Gears 4 by Black Tusk. Nothing to be really jelly about, because we don't know how they will do. With Sony you have Naughty Dog and Wii U you have Nintendo's pretty amazing (and consistent) first party. So what is there to be jelly about over X1? I really do wish there is such a game, because the console has potential to build up a killer library if MS chooses to do so.

microsoft could build an awesome library but they realized it is enough to do jazzhands and say "look! an exclusive" only for it to go multiplat 6 months later.

On topic, Master Chief Collection, or before it came out a shitshow, was a point of jealously for me.

On 360 too though. I do want FH2, but the fact it's on 360 makes X1 a lot less appealing for me.

Personally? Scalebound. That might be the game that makes me pick up an Xbone.

Scalebound looks like that game, assuming it doesn't go on PC because Platinum has had previous success on Steam.

It has received a few high scoring Xbox One/Xboxes/Xbox and PC/Not found on PS4 games already that are pretty good. What is this jelly nonsense, I can say "x game doesn't make me jelly hahahaha" but that doesn't mean it's not a good game.

I don't have an Xbone, and I sure would love to play the MCC and Sunset Overdrive without having to go over to a friend's house.

Tomb Raider, Gears, Halo MCC and the 1/2 dozen new IP exclusives that will be announce at the E3.

I think Scalebound looks interesting. Would like to see some gameplay.

tomb raider is timed, no one cares about gears (just look at the last one) master flop disaster (lol 6.0) and "hey guays be jelly at this random number i made up about games that do not exist"

yea but unlike sony, MS actually tried doing something different and ambitious despite failing. they didn't just upres a game from a year ago and charge $60 for it like Sony.

Halo 5, Gears 4, Crackdown 3, Scalebound, QB, and lots more I bet.

They're not the same game and the developers are on record even saying that, the 360 version is just not the same, not remotely. The difference between these two versions of this game is like comparing a retail console game to a mobile adaption of the same game... It's as exclusive to the Xbox One as a technically non-exclusive game has ever been.

A superior version does not make me want to buy a new console tbh. I'm sure FH2 on X1 is fantastic, but that's not good enough.

I've played the 360 version. Not close enough to detract from the X1 imo.

@SolidGame_basic Funny when Bungie made Halo, cows said it stunk, and critics were paid off here. 343 makes Halo 4 which is received very well and now Halo isn't good because of 343? I know no X1 only owners that are jealous of Uncharted 4, or PS4 only owners jealous of Halo

MCC should have been a sure thing and 343 managed to mess it up. I'm personally not happy with the direction halo has taken since halo 3 though so thats just me.

I'm not a fan of uncharted though ether. The entire uncharted series is crap.

Master chief collection justified my purchase.

The work theyve done is amazing and brought back memories as to why halo is so popular.

When was the last time an xbox exclusive was so good that people were jelly about it, 2007 with Halo 3? MS doesn't know what's an exclusive nor do Xbox owners. Back in 06, all i owned is a 360 and i'd be jelly AF for Gears if i didn't own that system. But that was a century ago, now, MS exclusives is CoD 1 month exclusive dlc's and two new Forza titles per year with a different number at the end. Exclusives HA!

It's still a niche game, never going to change, the PS4 exclusive drought artificially bolstered the sales but that's done with, the game has faded into obscurity already and you're desperately trying to keep it relevant.

Extremely popular, extremely well received, sold very well, you cannot and will not play this unless you own a ps4, great art direction that differentiates from pretty much everything released in years and is a long beautiful game. People seemed pretty upset about Sunset Overdrive but at this year's E3 they should show two or three true Xbox One exclusives that'll have people jealous over. Scalebound being one.

Scalebound or Phantom Dust will be the reason I pick up an Xbox One eventually.

If I recall Rise of the Tomb Raider made quite a racket, I'd say that has been the greatest jelly moment of the 8th generation so far... funny thing damn thing hasn't released.

I'm a PC gamer but I think Ori and the Blind Forest is by far the best game not on both consoles so far. No interest in Bloodborne because I hate the Souls genre, Infamous was a boring, empty-shell of a game and The Order is awful.
