Yeah, translating stuff isn't the problem, is coding for another platform. Once you get going with what you suggested, the cost of making the game run on both platforms on both territories becomes trivial, sine you a) already paid for porting costs, and b) already paid for translation costs. This way, you end up with an even bigger possible market!
