what is out now that actually shows a difference between lets say Killzone shadow fall and a pc game?

basically you're forgetting every single game released , even in 2014 , wolfenstein looks better, watch dogs looks better, everything looks better

May be . But the games that I listed sold lot of GPUs on their release and Hard Reset devs confirmed that the game is PC exclusive because consoles can't handle it . That's why they didn't release Shadow Warrior for PS3 and Xbox 360 as well and now it is being ported to PS4 and X1 .

Crysis Warhead is PC exclusive , Crysis is totally different game on consoles . Same goes for Witcher 2 . ArmA 3 , not possible . Crysis 3 , alot better on PC . Battlefield games ; 24 players on consoles , 64 players on PC . Company of Heroes and FEAR : Benchmark games of 2005 and 2006 , sold lot of GPUs . Still no game to top FEAR's AI .

I hope we get a good game soon again, allthough i played wolfenstein the last couple of days and i was pleasantly surprised. Glad someone still knows how to make decent game.

That's why I game on PC. I don't play for the graphics. Probably why my PC just celebrated its 5th birthday.

Really interested in new Wolfenstein but that thing is huge . Takes alot of disc space , so I'm finishing other games before trying it out .

Plenty, and what's really surprising is that a lot of them are multiplats.

Crysis 3 and Battlefield 4 push PC GPUs hard. Crysis 3 pushes some serious rendering that isn't matched and BF4 lets you render at double your resolution as well as applies a serious amount of detail to each scene that is just not on the console versions.

The Witcher 2 still pushes graphics hard as well.

In addition to those, Star Citizen is blatantly pushing graphic rendering to a level we've never seen before. Even in its extremely unfinished state, the amount of detail in the alpha assets surpasses anything I've ever seen in a video game before.

Very few pc games are actually taxing on the hardware... according to latest Steam data.

The games herms play the most could be played on an ipad or device of equal power.

Arma III and Rome II: TW are great examples, because they use all that power to push scale, while retaining a good level of detail. Something that just doesn't happen on consoles.

All the multiplats that the consoles struggle to run with any consistency the PC is running at 1080p (or better depending on the rig/monitor) at 60 frames.

they push pc gpus because they are poorly coded garbage. bf4 pc adds AA and slightly better lod over the ps4 version. nothing more.

Arma 3 and Rome II TW come to mind, as they have incredible scale. Arma 3 has great graphics considering the massive scale, unprecedented draw and lod distance, compared to any other shooter.

KZSF on the other hand has pretty poor draw and lod distance, especially when considering it's engine only draws pretty small playable areas the lod distance is not very impressive, every playable area that is slightly far away (but still in rock throwing distance) is either blurry or covered in fog.
KZSF looks great overall though, everything that's up close looks really good and the character models are probably the best in the genre.

Considering I run most my games at 6000x1080 with 4xaa I would say they nearly all use the "Powah"

And you are basically just talking about superficial graphics then?

Not other ways to use computing power like rendering a 270 km island in arma 3 or displaying 10,000+ units on screen ala Rome 2?
