By personality I assume you mean the personality of the game itself. This gen, although I haven't beaten it, I'd say the best example is Deus Ex Human Revolution for creating a style like no other in gaming and truly allowing you to play how you want to play. I think you could also toss in Vanquish, Little Big Planet, and maybe Assasin's Creed. Last generation had more games with personality. The ones that come to mind are the first 2 Ratchet games, Jak 1 and 2, and Sly 2. The other games in those franchises didn't have the feel, the character, the personality of these.

Oh it's most definitely TF2. Anyone saying otherwise is dead wrong.

I'm not gonna BS, I agree. As cliche' as he is, he has too much personality not to be counted.

WHa? I like the game but the story is terrible and he's too cookie cutter.

I say:

Mario and the mushroom kingdom

Zelda and hyrule

Metal Gear Solid--Ocelot?

TF2. For a game that is solely based on multiplayer, it has alot of personality.

Generic=/= Bad.

He still provides a good sense of personality, even if it is old.

I really enjoyed RDR and all of it's characters. That and the first Bioshock.
