When's the last time you turned on your Xbox One?

Every single day since it released. Just finished all 3 Mass Effects, tried Need for Speed (crap), tried that new GwG lovers in dangerous spacetime (so so), played a few levels of Bad Company 2 (amazing game), and now am playing Monkey Island 2 (love it, in classic mode).

I still have to play most of FH3, I'm just worn out on Racing games, Mass Effect:A will have my attention from next month. I use the system so much I neglect my pc, 3ds and have no need to ever buy a Ps4.

Like an hour ago, I use it every day.

Also for RE7, Catherine and Infinite Warfare

Lol most people here that claim to have turned it on less than a week ago was to play multiplatform games that play/look better on PS4 or last gen games. This thread is a testament of how irrelevant the xbone actually is.

Yeah, it's a sweet machine. Built for VFX and game asset production, so of course it's gonna run some games well haha.

But even if I had a piece of shit PC I still wouldn't need the Xbone. The PS4 would be next in line as the multiplat box, along with the added bonus of the PS4 having more exclusive content that I'm interested in.

Not bashing Xbox gamers of course, people like what they like, all that needs to be said really. But personally I just can't find a reason for one. The only Xbone game I'm mildly interested in that can't be played on a PC or a PS4 in better form is Halo 5. And even then, that would mean playing a FPS with a controller. No thanks lol.

On its own I'm sure its a fine console. But if you own a PC, a PS4, or both? Eh. The incentives thin out quickly.

Even with Nintendo making she shittiest consoles around, they still give me some incentive to buy and play them lol.

Well sorry to tell you most of us don't live by the absolute nit picking baby shit that goes on in here. I play games on my X1, and own more for that system than my PS4. I just plain like the Xbox UI, controller, community better than PS. It doesn't need to be justified because it is my preference. If you don't like it, go suck a box of popsicles.

The Xbox One controller still has to use batteries and suffers from input lag. I'm a serious gamer, very well known in the competitive scene, and I can't deal with input lag.

The UI is slow and clunky. The Ps4Pro UI is much faster. This is necessary for when I'm playing Dead or Alive: Xtreme 3. My savescumming tactics require a UI that is fast and responsive. The Ps4Pro offers that. I'm not surprised they didn't bring it to Xbox One.

The community have called me the n-word many times, despite actually not being new to the game and being quite skilled.

I'm not a "serious gamer" (give me a fuking break), I play games for entertainment just like the vast majority of people that do.

I have never dealt with any lag, I have had the same Duracell rechargeable batteries since summer 2013 and they still out last my DS4 per charge.

If the Interface is slow, its the User that is an idiot and cant maneuver through it.

I got the Black Ops 2 "420 Spray and Pray" award for most blazing player in 2012. Amazing year, for me, as a person.

These days I go outside the box by playing Monopoly and Risk. I shall be returning to the competitive scene when the new Smash Bros releases.

Last night, but i swear most people refuse to play PS because of patriotism. It is fact that PS has more games/more powerful etc.

Well, of course they're doing that, its the only way to have an exclusive game running on their console. Thing is, you don't need to have a reliable network to browse the web on a console.

Ah yes, that same 2 year old argument on the Xbox One. It's uses batteries blah blah blah, like to this day they don't know you can buy rechargeable batties for the controller and it will last 3 times longer than the dual shock can every dream on.

If you still complaining about the Xbox UI being slow then you haven't played the Xbox in 2 years cause the UI is no where near slow anymore after the improvements they've made to it a year after it launched. He probably never played it to begin with and just piggybacking off of others complaints about the Xbox in year one. Do you sit there with a stop watch and time how long things move on the XBox dashboard and compare it to how long things move of the PlayStation LOL, what a waste of gaming time.

Yeah you and him missed the point which is you have to spent money out of your pocked to buy rechargeable batteries or spent a ton of non rechargeable batteries both options include paying more money,the battery in the DS4 may not last as long as to AA on the xbox one controller but hey at least it comes with a rechargeable battery something MS should have done long ago,but that they don't do because they sell you an over priced charge and play kit that cost double almost as 2 rechargeable batteries from Duracell or other brand with charger.
