What older games are you playing?

I have had Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition in my library for a long time so I decided to boot it up. Graphics are "ok" (better than what the new release of GTA looks like)

Just in the first mission so no opinion of the game play. So are you playing anything older?

You can dropkick people on the streets, Sleeping Dogs is a lot like GTA but with hand to hand combat. It's really cool.

I'm currently playing Quantum break (2016) and Battlefield 1 (2016) on PC.

Also just finished Alan Wake (2010) and close to finishing The Last Guardian (2016) on PS5.

Still trying to complete Space Marine 1 (2011) before the end of the year. I'm in Chapter 4 out of 5, having just stomped on the Ork Warboss and blew up the tower.

Only just got back into it yesterday, after finally done farming everything in Warframe, so I'm happy with my progress.

Just recently downloaded Dragon Quest I, II, and III on the Switch during their holiday sale. Played a bit of DQ a couple of days ago. Played it before when it first came out on the NES but I always enjoy returning to the games and playing them again.

Yup. I am currently playing DQ 11 S on my PS4 (a 2020 game... or you could say it's a port from the 2019 Switch release)

Sims 4.

Slowly slogging through the 1st Final Fantasy and about 4 hours into my first run of Fallout New Vegas.

Paper Mario 64 on Switch... really enjoying it.

Older games I'm playing now is Doom 3 PC. Love the game but really needs a remake to say the least but the game itself is still great by today's standards. Also now that I own Series S, I'll be replaying Rare Replay along with Banjo/Kazooie on it so I can start playing Banjo/Tooie cause I never ever finished that game on N64.

I recently completed Borderlands 2 and Dragon Age 1 and 2. And I am currently playing Castlevania 3 for the first time ever.

Lately I've been playing some Thief 2 and Okami out of the "older" games category

@regnaston: I started playing Fable 2 over the weekend in between Halo Infinite multiplayer.

Mario Galaxy via Mario 3D All-stars on Nintendo Switch. I never played Galaxy before and it's definitely fun since I am playing on Switch Lite.

I'm working on 100 percent completing Vice City DE.

Right now I'm playing FFVII Remake Intergrade on PC, but before that I was replaying New Vegas and Saints Row The Third Remastered.

Got through playing Rogue Galaxy not too long ago and plan on playing Dark Cloud 2.

Started my replay of the Uncharted trilogy. Played the first game already, and now I'm closing in on finishing Uncharted 2. Love this game! Just finished the tank boss in the village and now doing the chase sequence.

Skyrim AE - Fully modded, still a blast to play and I like some of the new AE additions

FTL - A classic and the best RTS I have ever seen. I can play endlessly and every run still makes me think on my toes.

Phantasy Star 1-4 - I try to play one of these every year. I just really like the lore and aesthetics. Ill take droids over Mogs any day of the week.

I just bought Star Wars KOTOR, Tony Hawk 1+2, Injustice 2 Legendary Edition and MK11 Ultimate during the sale. For some reason, KOTOR always grabs me so I want to keep playing. It's always done that to me since it originally came out, it's an amazing game.

Update: just completed Space Marine 1, thus succeeding in my goal of finishing it before 2022. Woo. I suppose that means the oldest game I'm playing right now is Warframe (2013), LOL.

Anyway, while I move on to other things (currently Total War Saga: Troy), I've already set completing Halo MCC (2014) as one of my goals for 2022. Might even start tomorrow, definitely January.

Same here, it is a very long game, but it is great nonetheless, definititely the best "new" game i played this year.

Castlevania collection.

Playing AC Odyssey, though it's definitely not that old. I couldn't stomach Origins for long, but i'm enjoying Odyssey much more.

Been playing STALKER: Escape from Pripyat.

An older game with modern mods. Great stuff, and it’s my favorite game ever. Never gets old, always unpredictable, always emergent, atmospheric, immersive, with awesome gear, great AI, a living world to explore.

STALKER 2 will never measure up to this.

90+ hours in and I still haven't completed it :(
