What makes PC versions of multi plats so much cheaper?

Because consoles have that 30fps cinematic feeling. That easily worth the extra $10

a few reasons. quicker for others to read, quicker to write. i feel there's a greater chance of it being read.

with longer posts, sometimes people only quote and respond to the bit they're interested in (despite it usually being part of a cohesive argument). and also in this place i feel it's a good idea to try and write as few words as possible, there's a few folk here who will try to waste everybody's time by baiting them into writing novels. and I think that's poppycock (or pappe kak, soft dung).

The real question should by why are most multiplats the same msrp on pc as console? PC has no licensing fees and is mostly digital yet most multiplats are $60 msrp at launch on pc.

They were made for PC, the consoles ports were to milk as much as cash as they can while supporting the real version on PC.

Gimped and unsupported are two different things. BF 4 is gimped on 360/ps3. It has smaller maps and less players. CS Go isnt gimped and the lack of support is because no one on console played them from the beginning.
