Uncharted 4 a 10 really Gamespot?

We need to stop letting these kids review games. Forced 6 hours into this shit before needing to stop so i wouldn't i slit my wrists out of boredom. Enjoyed the first 2 Uncharted games the third being the least enjoyably. I wish you could see how much game time you actually play over just watching this shit movie. And the graphics the joke of next gen? Can someone explain to me the point of having a high resolution to blur the piss out the image quality? High FXAA to blur jaggies, depth of field and whole lot of motion blur sickness... All at 30fps so it actually feel like 20fps N64 game.

And this get 9's and 10's for a downgrade of last gen games. Shocking... The only good thing about this movie is that i could play a bit of Crash Bandicoot.

Never played 4. But, I liked 1, 2, and 3 even though they're the type of games that are good for one playthrough and then tossed away.

How would i have known if i never played it? Like i said, i like the Uncharted games on PS3 and they were both cheap. So are you going to pay by paypal or?

What is up with all these UC4 bashing bandwagon? As a PC gamer, I can appreciate what the boys of Naughty Dogs did making a good game but UC4 graphics wasn't the selling point for me nor Gamespot score 10/10, it was the adventure of another treasure hunter, a action game and that's what I got out of it.

I do agree giving 10/10 to UC4 and after playing it 2 times already, I give it a 8/10.

Metro offer excellent atmosphere that naughty dog can never ever produce. plus excellent story and gameplay.

Doom is exact opposite of than naugty dogs formula of movie game. its a pure old school shooter that is blast from start to finish.

I paid $30 cash for it, sold it for $28 cash. Great game in that regards lol. It was a fun game... Great story I thought(but you had to know the first 3 games)... Graphics were amazing for base PS4... Didn't have an issue with frame rate. Gameplay was the same, but slightly better than the first three.(Very average). The second one is still my favorite. I was blown away by it when it first came out. I've only played about 2 hours of Lost legacy and got bored. But I'll be back to finish it someday. It was a good time to end the series. Now let's get 3 more TLOU, and call it a day.

Mine is special edition though comes with Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure for the Game Boy Advance.

I admit at release I loved 4. I like the characters, set pieces and quips of the first 3 so i was along for the ride. Until my second play through. It was then that the game just became unmotivating to finish. A few of us from sw played the mp for two nights. It was fun. But people just don't play mp on PS4 for long it seems.

I enjoyed the first Uncharted game. I picked it up cheap, used....this was around the time Uncharted 3 released.

Eventually, as time passed, I ended up grabbing a copy of Uncharted 2 and 3 for cheap. I got about 90 minutes into the second one and was bored out of my mind with it. I tried a couple more times to play it, but it didn't interest me like the original. I ended up selling them off for about what I paid for them.

I don't recall running off an making a post bitching about how I didn't enjoy Uncharted 2 for whatever reasons. If you don't like the game, that's fine. What someone else may think of it should never determine what you think of it. If Gamespot dropped a 10 on it, then it appears the person reviewing the game thought the world of it.

Your post about how much you dislike the score and review from Gamespot is about as much as a waste of time as me replying to this thread......

Because Sony relies so heavily on Graphical Novelty to sell their games. Why invest heavy resources and talent into creating games that last when you can have a studio like Naughty dog or Guerilla games update thier engines, insert a b grade movie story, call it a day and sell millions?

Uncharted 2 still has the best MP of any Uncharted. It was simple, none of this other crap they've been adding in.

@MBirdy88: Especially when you have young guys like Mahardy that swoon over emotions being tugged. I like an entertaining story as much as the next guy but the game play can't be so bland. The shootouts are fun but the platforming? There is absolutely NO challenge to it. It's just a time filler until the next action sequence. For all Recore's sleep inducing mediocrity at least it's platforming has some substance to it.

@Randoggy: Agreed. U2 mp was a lot of fun back in the day. I jumped back on 4 when survival mode dropped and it was fun but not as good as Horde 3.0

You are aware this is an open discussion forum correct? What's wrong with him beginning this discussion? You seem to be taken aback because he decided to post on a gaming forum his experience with one of the most touted games on this forum. So what if you didn't when you tried U2? Are you under the impression others should live as you deem fit?

Well done ND. I can only imagine the epic meltdowns TLOU2 will create when it also releases to 10/10 scores and numerous GOTY awards.

It is not hard to impress a 5 year old keyboard warrior. :P

I liked it. It's very short if you cut out all of the walking around, but the gameplay that is there is solid. It's not worth $60 but it's a very good game for what you can currently find it for.

One of the best games of the gen with the best graphics... go play LoL and stfu.

One of the best games I’ve played this gen.

U4 is an amazing game, i would give it a 9/10.

Uncharted 4 was just as bad as Uncharted 3. The game was more focused on playing itself or drawn out walking cutscenes. Mediocre game. Worst purchase on the PS4 for me.

Yeah, still trying to get my head around that one.

Reviewers just seem to lap up anything that has good voice acting and pretty visuals these days. The "game" part of UC4 is some of the most sleep inducing stuff I've experienced in quite some time, and I've played some boring ass games.

I would have gave it 8/10. Not sure how a 10/10 was even on the books. Its a very solid title though.

Not a 10 but no where as bad as others make it out to be Imo. Just not much longevity in it for me.

Don't worry, Uncharted 10 will probably get a 4.

It's overrated just like all the other 10s recently. It is a good game and 8/10 is a fair score for it.

It's a 10/10 masterpiece. The game has awesome shooting controls. I have no idea where this myth came from. Xbox fanboys are so used to call of duty/halo/gears that if any other game doesn't play identical too them, they somehow have "mediocre gunplay". Get lost trolls.

It seems that's how video games are judged these days. So if you have a good Story/Character/Graphics, 9's and 10's would be the score regardless of gameplay.

Much better as scenes are kind of the same....

I liked playing through the game and enjoyed it, but it was not masterpiece. I gave it a 9 out of 10.

2 was rubbish, and that's supposedly the best one. I honestly don't know how people enjoy these games. Of course, that's just my opinion, but I just don't see the appeal.
